We do not offer predefined packages because each cleaning is fully customized. We follow a tried-and-true technique to clean thoroughly, consistently, and effectively. Yes, we have everything we need to clean your home with us. There is nothing you need to provide.
We can clean homes every other week, month, or less frequently, but most of our clients prefer a weekly cleaning on a consistent schedule. However, we also offer one-time deep cleaning for special events.
One to four team members from the The Full Clean! office may arrive to clean a home. In addition to providing our team members with the best opportunities for advancement, we strive to personalize the cleaning to our clients’ needs. We will liaise with you to ensure that you are informed of who will be in your home. We appreciate your privacy and the trust you have placed in us by allowing us into your home.
Every attempt is made to have your home cleaned by the same person each time. If a team member changes, our office staff will contact you in advance to see if you would like someone other than your regular cleaning professional or if you would like to modify your scheduled day so your chosen team member can clean.
We recommend that you sign up for service at the beginning or end of the day if you want us to come at your residence at a specific time. Throughout the day, as we clean homes, we frequently encounter issues that cause us to be late for the next home, such as traffic or a client who need further assistance. We provide you with an arrival time for our midday service.
The Full Clean simplifies house cleaning by handling all employment-related tasks, such as filing the required state and federal paperwork and paying taxes. We maintain quality and ensure that we arrive at your residence on the scheduled day.
When choosing an independent cleaning, you should be aware of a few key needs. According to Internal Revenue Service Publication 926, Household Employer’s Tax Guide, you are considered to have a household employee if you engage someone to perform household responsibilities and have control over both the work and the manner in which it is completed. If you intend to engage a household employee, you must first understand your responsibilities as a domestic employer. For additional information on home employees, see IRS Publication 926.
You are liable for unpaid taxes if you hire a domestic helper and pay them in cash or off the books. In addition, your employee may be struggling to establish credit and is not contributing to their Social Security account.
If you see any issues while the team is in your home, please contact The Full Clean immediately. We want to hear from you. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and keep our worry-free pledge. Please notify us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, and we will make things right.

Our standard cleaning service includes:
- Kitchen (wash dishes, clean out sink, counter tops, clean microwave inside and out, wipe down cabinet exterior, wipe down the exterior of all appliance, and stove top.)
- Dust all exterior surfaces in all rooms
- Mop and vacuum floors in all rooms.
- Bedrooms (tidy up, change bed sheets/make bed, wipe down all exterior surfaces.
- Bathrooms (toilet clean, shower, bathtub, sink, and handles)

Our deep clean service includes:
- Everything in our standard clean
- Clean baseboards
- Light switches
- Door handles
- Polish all faucets in kitchen and bathrooms
- Clean backsplash in the kitchen
- Dusting of blinds and ceiling fans
- Dusting and vacuuming of furniture
- Extra attention to detail to clean every nook and cranny!

Our move-in/move-out clean service includes:
- Everything included in a deep clean
- Clean inside the fridge
- Clean inside the oven
- Clean inside the dishwasher
- Vacuum and clean inside the cabinets
- Clean all interior windows

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be sent a booking credit to your account, which can be used for future appointments.
If you cancel within 24 hours, there is a non-refundable full charge.
Customer satisfaction is our top goal here at The Full Clean in San Diego. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of the service’s completion, and we will schedule a re-clean to fix any issues as soon as possible.
It is up to you! There is no need for you to be present if you leave entry instructions for us prior to your appointment. If you would feel more comfortable being present that works too!
If you sign up for a recurring cleaning appointment and request a particular team, we will do everything we can to ensure the same crew services your home each cleaning. If your team is unavailable for any reason we will always reach so you have an opportunity to reschedule if you would like.
